Why We Do Not Encourage Exchange or Returns
Handcrafted Laddu Gopal attire, mukuts, and ritual essentials are sanctified, delicate items crafted with profound spiritual reverence. To preserve the purity and sanctity of devotional attire, we do not accept routine returns or exchanges once sacred items have been delivered.

If you are uncertain about your deity size, gher (diameter), or fabric shade, we warmly appreciate it if you check our sizing chart or consult us directly on WhatsApp before placing your order. We are always glad to assist you in selecting the ideal fit.
No Worries If Bought Online — One-Time In-Store Exchange Permitted
Still, there is no need to worry if you ordered online! In the event of an unavoidable sizing mismatch, we provide a one-time product exchange exclusively at our Howrah store counter.
Exchange can be performed directly at our physical Howrah store counter:
If you request doorstep delivery for the exchanged item, applicable courier/delivery charges must be borne by the customer.
If the new product is priced higher than the previous one, the difference must be paid. If the exchange item is of lesser value, the price difference cannot be refunded in cash.
The item must be completely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and kept securely in its original packaging.
